“I just love them. The XR I use a whole lot.... I went to the dog park and before I went I put sun block on my arms, but I didn't put any on my neck so of course, I got sunburned and about 2 hours after I got home it started burning. I put the XR on and in no time at all the burning was gone, and so was the redness. I have used it on my arms where the rash was, and the rash has disappeared. I'm thinking this is a miracle cream! The lotion and cream for the skin (Pyratine 6) is just so luscious that I don't even use what I have from the day spa. I just wash my face and use the cream at night and the lotion in the morning. I just don't seem to need anything more. Man, that is some great stuff. As I use it for other things I'll let you know, but even after the few short days since I have received the samples, it's my favorite thing in my cosmetic line. Thank you so much for sending them. The statistical significance in these changes is also quite impressive. The barrier effects on decreasing TEWL and increasing skin hydration are also very good. “I have had excellent results with XR on a number of things.... The first was a pretty bad sunburn that I got on my shoulders, it took the sting out within 30 minutes and the redness was gone by the next day. I have also used it on my very sensitive skin. “This is day four and so far no problems at all. I like it a lot, actually.... I've been using it for four or five days and it's great so far. My skin feels more hydrated and looks supple. The lotion is calming to my skin. I almost always experience irritation with any OTC cream or lotion. This one hasn't caused any irritation at all, despite having aloe, chamomile, and parabens (they usually cause irritation for me). On the contrary, it's very soothing (touch wood!) “I really like the Pyratine XR. It is definitely helping my skin's texture and overall blotchiness.... I never really had full-blown paps, just more little red dots that can be covered easily with makeup. I also have visible veins under my nose and at the end of my nose. The Pyratine works well for me. I definitely can see a difference. I had always pooh-poohed topicals before, but this one is working. I can even stand to look at myself close up in the mirror without make-up. It is also helping my wrinkles. I am 40 but had some premature wrinkling due to my face being constantly swollen. With my use of quercetin/bromelain supplements for the swelling and Pyratine for the texture and blotches, my skin looks good. I am very pleased with it. I only use a very small layer on my nose, cheeks, forehead, eyelids, and chin. It is very expensive but it is totally worth it for me. I am hoping one tube will last me 3 months. That would come to about $35 a month. Not cheap, but I can't help that. Wish I could. I guess I have to remind myself that it's cheaper than having laser work done. “I was referred to Pyratine XR and have been using for about 2 months and it works for me.... I cannot use after shave, cologne near my face, many sunscreens, and facial cleansers but I can use the Pyratine XR and it has smoothed my skin. It probably took me about 3 weeks to notice a decrease in redness but my skin looked different after about 2 weeks. I have done a decent amount of laser and I would say that 2 months of this product is equal to one or two laser treatments as far as seeing a difference. I actually had a friend ask to use some of the product and she said it didn’t work after using it for 3 days. The information that I have looked up shows redness decreasing after a few weeks not in 3 days. This product definitely works.
