• Patients experienced rapid onset of action and significantly smoother skin

• Significant improvement in skin texture visible as early as week 2

• Four rough-surface parameters of skin topography were determined with silicone replicas — analysis of silicone replicas showed visual and measurable smoothing of skin

• Skin roughness decreased 37.3% by week 2, and improvement continued to a 85.7% decrease by week 8.
